  • Keep the shipping box your UV Box was delivered in

  • You will get an RMA with prepaid shipping.

  • If you do not have your original shipping box we will ship one to you at a cost of $35.

  • When we see the unit is being shipped back we will ship your replacement UV Box,

  • Keep the original shipping box for your replacement unit
